Delivery Method

All deliveries are exclusive to Japan.
Packages will be shipped by Yu-Pack.
An email will be sent to you with the Inquiry Number of the package on the evening of the shopping date.
Please contact Japan Post directly to check the delivery status or change the delivery date.

※ In case of absence at the time of delivery, , an absentee card will be left in your mailbox. Please request redelivery as soon as possible since there is a limited storage time at the post office
※ Since there is no guarantee for lost items, all product deliveries are requested in person. packages cannot be left in the Takuhai Box or PO box.

Precautions when receiving package at the post office
